About

At Jessica Jardine Physiotherapy, we believe rehabilitation works best where life happens — at home.

We provide specialised neurological physiotherapy designed to help people move better, feel stronger and live more confidently.

Goal-setting is a central part of the rehabilitation process at JJ Physiotherapy. Goals are discussed collaboratively with the client, carer and the family to ensure everyone is aligned, allowing therapy to remain focused, purposeful and relevant to real-life needs.

Therapy is tailored to each individual's needs, abilities, goals and environment, ensuring progress is practical, relevant and sustainable.

  • Maintenance physiotherapy is compassionate, person-centred and supportive.
  • We focus on preserving current abilities, pain management, preventing complications such as contractures, pressure injuries, and falls, and supporting comfort, dignity, and safe movement.
  • We work closely with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and realistic, achievable goals that prioritise wellbeing.

Carer training, education and support

  • Carers play a vital role in the ongoing health, safety, and well-being of individuals living with neurological and age-related conditions.
  • We offer practical, hands-on guidance in safe handling, transfers, positioning, pressure care, mobility assistance, home exercise support and daily care strategies.
